Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer, turned down the exotic dessert during an interview, and he requested for garri and egusi soup.
In a recent food tasting interview with LADbible, the singer was asked to choose his favorite dish from a range of Nigerian and British dishes.
During the first part of the meal, Burna Boy was served rice jollof and cauliflower cheese. One of the biggest highlights of the interview was Burna’s vehement rejection of cauliflower cheese.
He agreed, noting that the cauliflower cheese tasted terrible to him but that he could not touch it or taste it.
Pot Noodles and Eba with Egusi Soup were the second dishes served. The famous Afrobeat musician tasted the pot noodles and realized that he would need to use a different sauce to make it work with the Jollof rice.
During an interview, he revealed that his favorite food is jollof. Then, instead of just tasting the egusi soup, he opened the Eba nylon and began to eat it.
